A recent social media post has changed many election perspectives. Taylor Swift is one of the most influential artists in the world, with a huge fan base in the US. Her recent Instagram post has increased tensions for Trump.
However, Swifties will not really like the comments Trump passed on Taylor Swift in response to that post. Trump says Swift always endorses Democrats and adds that she will probably pay the price for it.
Taylor Swift’s support for Kamala
According to the sources, some AI videos were circulating on the internet. In the videos, Swift can be seen supporting Donald Trump in the 2024 Presidential elections. To clarify the facts, Swift wrote an Instagram post.
Her IG post read, “I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader, and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led calmly and not in chaos.”
Here, she referred to Harris as calm and Trump as chaos. However, she does not stop here. She suggests her fans do research before voting. “I’ve done my research, and I’ve made my choice. Your research is all yours to do, and the choice is yours to make. I also want to say, especially to first-time voters: Remember that in order to vote, you have to be registered,” Swift added.
Trump’s response on Taylor Swift
After the first presidential debate between Trump and Harris, the Republican candidate spoke about Taylor Swift’s statement. He said, “I was not a Taylor Swift fan; it was just a question of time. She couldn’t, uh, you couldn’t possibly endorse Biden. You look at Biden; you couldn’t possibly endorse him.”
Amid all these statements and politics, Swifties have already started campaigning against Trump. They are not taking their favorite’s advice lightly.
