An assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump occurred this Saturday. The FBI has revealed that a Republican party member was involved in the attack.
The FBI has made significant revelations in the case of the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. The Federal Bureau of Investigation has named Thomas Matthew Crooks as the prime suspect in the attack on the 44th President.
The investigating agency further revealed that the shooter was associated with Trump’s Republican Party. According to voter records, the 20-year-old attacker was a registered and active party member.
On Saturday, the former President delivered a speech during an election rally. According to security personnel, a man on a nearby rooftop suddenly started firing on the Republican Party’s presidential candidate.
However, even after about five rounds, Donald Trump succeeded in safeguarding himself by taking cover. Security members quickly responded to the threat and took positions.
After some investigation and people’s concern over the attack on Donald Trump, the FBI revealed his name. While some Republicans were assuming the attack from Democrats, the FBI made an utterly different announcement. Thomas Matthew Crooks, the attacker, was a registered Republican in Pennsylvania.
Crooks donated $15 to a progressive political action committee on January 20, 2021.

However, Democrats claim it is a self-made attack to gain sympathy. Donald Trump is getting sympathy from different regions, including other US states. This is what Democrats are blaming for. They believe that Trump has planned this attack to gain sympathy.
