BoA Career
Kwon Bo-ah is a Korean actress, singer, and writer born November 5, 1986. She is professionally known as BoA and received a title from fans, “Queen of K-pop. BoA was discovered by SM Entertainment agents when she accompanied her older brother, a music director, to a talent search in 1998.
BoA has released twenty music albums before this upcoming album in March 2024. She released most (10) of her albums in Korean language. BoA has released nine of her music albums in Japanese and one in English.
She also appeared on a reality TV show, K-Pop Star, as a judge from 2011 to 2013. She also played a crucial role in Listen to Love, a 2016 television drama. BoA also worked as a coach in the third season of The Voice of Korea.
The Korean star has sold over 10 million albums throughout her career and is one of only three female artists with six consecutive number-one studio albums on the Oricon Albums Chart.
