About Jaclyn Jose

Jaclyn was born on October 21, 1964, in Angeles City, Pampanga, Mary Jane Guck, aka. She started her acting journey with movies and worked with some prominent actors and actresses in the industry. Her co-stars, like Lino Broca and Chito S. Rono, have always appreciated her work and stance. 

She received the most recognition from the fans after winning the Best Actress award at the Cannes Film Festival in 2016 for her acting in Brillante Mendoza’s Ma’ Rosa. In addition, Jaclyn won multiple other awards from different award-distributing organizations. 

She was a versatile actress, and her presence in different kinds of movies and TV shows is a true example of her popularity and work. However, she did many guest and supporting roles, and her acting skills made fans of her roles in Bolera, The Millionaire’s Wife, and Alyas Robin Hood.
