The transition from speculation to news occurred when a viral banner hinted at the possibility of The Mummy: Fountain of the Persian Nights hitting screens in 2025. With Brendan Fraser being cast in the lead role in Bannerlord, rumors about his return gained momentum.

The rumors gained such traction that people began speculating about the film’s script based on their own interpretations. According to hearsay, the plot of the anticipated film will center around Fraser’s character embarking on a quest to find his son.
