Akira Toriyama, one of the most popular creators worldwide, went to the abode of God after serving the world with some fabulous creations.

Japan’s creator of one of the most popular comics, Dragon Ball, is no longer with us. He died at the age of 68 after giving the world a lot of fun and memories. 

His production team revealed on Friday that the veteran had said goodbye to the world due to acute subdural hematoma. Although he was over 65, Akira Toriyama was still working on some projects that would now remain incomplete. 

According to the recent updates, Akira died about one week ago, on March 1st. The cause of death, as per the Dragon Ball Franchise post, was an acute subdural hematoma.

Popular Japanese creator Akira Toriyama has waved off the world due to some medical health conditions. Although the sorrowful event occurred on the first of March, his near and dear ones revealed the incident on Friday. 

The Dragon Ball Franchise posted on their X account, “We are deeply saddened to inform you that Manga creator Akira passed away on March 1 due to acute subdural hematoma.” 

In addition, Toriyama’s Bird Studio members expressed their heartfelt emotions, “It is our deep regret that he still had several works in the middle of creation with great enthusiasm.” They added, “We would have many more things to achieve. However, he has left many manga titles and works of art to this world.” 

They also wished, “We hope that Akira Toriyama’s unique world of creation continues to be loved by everyone for a long time to come.”

This is a sad moment for all the fans and family members of Akira Toriyama. We wish that God gives him the courage to bear the pain.
