Angelina Jolie spoke up about her wishes to leave Los Angeles and Hollywood shortly while talking to WSJ magazine.

During an interview with WSJ magazine, Angelina Jolie said that if she had known the state of Hollywood in 2023, she probably wouldn’t have pursued a career in the industry. She stressed that her reluctance was not about acting but that she did not want to be a part of contemporary Hollywood. 

The Oscar-winning actress elaborated that when she started her career, she didn’t have as much pressure to be extremely public and share every aspect of her life. Growing up amidst the Hollywood film industry, Jolie revealed her lack of affection for the industry and the minimal importance she gave to it.

Jolie also revealed that she wants to leave L.A. in the near future and move back to her home in Cambodia. He said that this is a part of the ill effects of divorce.
